    BF8A dies at low throttle or idle

    I have an 8 hp Honda 4 stroke and it keeps dieing at very low idle. Also it will stop peeing water then dies. Is it at all possible my water pump is going out and that it is causing it to die or is it all carb related? Any help is appreciated. Clueless
