    60hp 4 stroke buzzing at trolling speed

    I was trolling with my outboard and after awhile it started buzzing steady. I shut it off and restarted it and it was gone. 5 mins later it did it again. Water seemed to be coming out steady from the P hole. Any thoughts? Thanks

    My boat is a tiller and is actually rated for 55hp, but if it was a counsel it would have been 75hp. I am cheating it a little bit. I am not sure on the rpms, there must be something out there that I can purchase to be able to know?
