Outboard not starting. Was running fine a month ago. Now when pulled it will fire up for half a second, die and then not fire again until a couple hours later.
Spark is good have sprayed starter fluid directly into the cylinder and still not firing so I assume it’s not the fuel system either. I don’t have a compression gauge but it was good 2 months ago when it was serviced. First pull is easy and it feels as though there is more pressure on the second pull. Any ideas what could be wrong?
