Suzuki DF25 throttle issue.

I just recently purchased a 09 Suzuki DF25 four stroke that has been sitting for a little while. I got it home and dropped the carburetor and did a thorough cleaning. I removed all jets and cleaned them and replaced all o-ring gaskets. I replaced both spark plugs and fuel filter. I purchased a new gas tank with hose and primer bulb and filled it with fresh non ethanol gas. I cranked it yesterday and it idles as smooth as can be, but as soon as I give it some throttle it it starts to bogg down and shake. The motor will never kill but never turns up rpm. It almost sounds like a rev limiter kicking in. Any ideas are appreciated. I have a video of it running if it would help.
