Mercury 110 9.8 HP Serial Number Help

Hello, I have a 9.8HP Mercury outboard model 110 with S/N:A176857

I have been trying to find info on this engine, I am needing a service manual and some parts for it.

This engine runs well but It dies every 20 mins or so at trolling speeds and I need to pump the primer ball to get it fired up again, I am assuming this is the fuel pump but I cannot find any info on this exact S/N

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sure it is a 9.8 model?---Any pictures ?

Probably the worst photo on the planet but the only one I have of it unfortunately

It would appear to be a 80s model 9.8HP Mercury but no luck on a serial number on my end and I have done quite a substantial amount of searching. This is not the engine but appears to be identical in visual appearance, I do know it is a long shaft

Awesome thank you, any idea on the loss of prime issue? Fuel pump most likely?
Or maybe the other side of the fuel system… broke, shut off, blocked, clogged fuel tank “vent”, bad fuel hose, small hole, check valve inside primer bulb if there in design, a screen in fuel flow blockage, cracked / blocked fuel tank pickup tube are possibilities all holding just enough to allow the engine to run for that period of time until the carburetor goes dry…. does the primer bulb seem to get hard, stiff or soft versus what it used to do in the past?

Keep us updated on your findings.

Could be the hose or the tank.-----Could be the crankcase seals.-----Low pulse pressure to the fuel pump.----Or pump itself.
