    Older model 3-cylinder Mercury Mariner runs fine when first turned on but if you turn it off it won't turn on for a while. Turns over fine but it just sounds like it ain't getting no fuel, if I hit the primer I end up flooding it. Someone said to check the electric choke does that sound correct...
