    I just installed a new solenoid and I rebuilt the starter and tested each before installing and they both worked, but after install "crap!" Some guidance would be greatly appreciated! I'm attaching photo for reference if someone sees something I missed.

    First, just out of left field, have you checked the washers to the lower unit drain and vent? Second, if you've replaced the seals in the lower unit, did any of the roll or get crimped while being inserted?
