    I was given this 60HP(unknown year) two stroke engine that has been sitting for 7 years. It appears in excellent condition. I replace plugs, sprayed cylinders with foggers and it turns freely, with no corrosion noise or stickiness. It would not fire. No spark on any plug. The coils test good...
