    "I have a 82 Evinrude 175 that "I have a 82 Evinrude 175 that seems to be frozen in the full up position.The trailer position lock is released. I removed the Manual release screw, but it did not lower. The trim motor runs but the rams do not move in or out. How can I get the engine to lower?"
