    Thanks! I will try it and post how it works out. Looks like I stumbled on the right forum, the quick reply will give me a chance to work it out. Definitely was NOT looking forward to bringing it to a repair facility. Especially at the peak of boat season.

    BF90A carb leak

    I have a BF90A on a freshwater lake, it is new to me. It has approx. 1000 hrs on it. The bottom carb is leaking from what looks like a convex freeze plug on the side you can see when the engine cover is removed. It starts after about 30 seconds of running. Any ideas on what the fix is for this...
