    New Merc 9.9EXLPC installed by Merc Dealer with throttle limited to 40% maximum.

    I found this when checking their work. Given that setup had new Merc Gen.1 controller, new Merc cables, and a new Merc motor - pretty hard to understand ! Further, the PDI did not even require the throttle range to be checked. In the Merc installation manual, p.30, it said check for a conflict...
