    Honda 130 Surge Issue

    I had a surge issue with my 2000 Honda 130 which turned out to be the fuel pump. The symptoms were that I could run the boat at low RPM without issue. When I went to approximately 4,000 RPM the engine would surge. I had to drop RPMs down below approximately 2,000 RPM to get it stop surging...
