    Yeah I have plans to run it on an external tank. Just haven't had a chance yet. I wanted to take out the pickup hose. But I'm not 100% sure that it actually unscrews and def don't want to break it. But I'm guessing it has to unscrew, otherwise it wld have to be welded into the tank...

    I actually had that vst water cooler plug up before, the tell tale wasn't squirting water out. It seems to be passing waster no problem now. I'm not a fan of that design,it really seems to get a little crusty. I will take a look at the vaccum diaphragm and see if everything seems ok

    The float and the seat looked pretty good, the tip still seemed supple. it moved freely. I took it apart and sprayed some cleaner in the hole to make sure no crud was in there. I wish I was smart enough to order a new needle (I'm not sure it's actually called that) but I forgot.
