    I have a 90 Yamaha 4 stroke. Doesn't want to start.

    It sat for awhile between uses. But, it ran rough last time out. I'm thinking water in the lines. I drained all the gas out of tank. Replaced with premium non ethanol gas. New plugs, new fuel filter and a new fuel line separator filter. Still doesn't start.
