    I have a 1986 Bayliner capri 19’ Chrysler force 125 outboard motor that will not go faster than 8 mph. The hub looks ok on the prop, won’t move without spinning the fly wheel manually while it’s in gear, I’ve taken the carburetors off and checked the floats and the main jets and they are clean...
