Mercury 150 outboard

Hi just wandering is anyone did the job of taking off old motor and bolting up new motor with hoist. Two person job or can it be done alone . Thanks for any replies!

Not a Mercury install but I removed a Mariner 175EFI model and replaced it with a Yamaha F200. Was a one man job.
