Is my cooling water passages blocked?

Guys:
2004 Yamaha F100 outboard
I’ve changed my anodes and impellers but the engine overheats. The tell tale is not strong. I used salt away. I have no water coming the thermostat hose while running…
There was heavy salt deposits - anodes were barely present or totally gone. I’ve removed and cleaned the poppet valve.
Are the water passages blocked? What steps can I try before disassembly?

Thank you. Already considered it (also saw the you tube videos. I’ve used salt away… backflushed etc but no improvement. Seemed to gotten worse

Post actual compression values here.-----If testing in a bucket the water MUST be well above the impeller.

Thanks for the reply. I’ll purchase a compression gauge and check. I’ve noticed no water coming out of the thermostat hose… and seeing what seems to be light smoke….
My other engine (I have dual) pushes water from that hose nicely…
