What is this part? - Yamaha 200HP HDPI

Hello,

I'm new to boating and just recently picked up a 1970's 20' cuddy with a early 2000's Yamaha 200HP HDPI. Model LZ200TXRZ.

I took it out to the lake for the first time to run the motor. Shockingly it started right up, but noticed a water leak... on the starboard side of the motor. I've been trying to find out what it is to replace it, mostly going through Crowley Marine diagrams, but I can't seem to find it. Help? It looks to be behind or within the electrical box (plastic cover is missing). You can see someone tried to repair this before with some sealant. Please see the videos below.

Dang man, how about a steady photo of just the leak?

The rectifier/regulator is water cooled. That might be the part that is leaking. It is in that area.

@boscoe Are there any online/digital manuals for this engine?

I'm about to order the manual LIT-18616-02-10, but I thought I'd ask about other online options seeing you provided some amazing diagrams above.
