This weekend I took my boat offshore, left the dock at 4am returned around noon - roughly 90 miles roundtrip plus 3 hours of trolling. Both motors ran great the entire time. When I got back to the dock it was about 105 degrees outside, boat sat for an hour or so with the motors off and when I went to take it back out the starboard motor would sporadically bog down on me, Port motor had no issues. I'd restart it and it would run fine for awhile with no issues getting up to normal rpm range/speed. Went back yesterday, checked all the filters and everything looked clean. Could not replicate the issue and it was significantly cooler outside air temp. My question is, could i chalk this up to heat soak or is there something I could be overlooking?
