Low oil quantity or over temperature will sound the alarm and put the motor into RPM reduction mode.

I always check the oil, but maybe it should be higher, thank you, I will check that

By your description you say that you have a two stroke 115 Yamaha.

Do you perhaps have a four stroke F115 model?

it is a 4 stroke F115

Replace water pump impeller.
