No power to fuel pump, fuse or relays

I have a 99, 7.4 mercruiser mpi. While on my way out 2 weeks ago, boat just stalled out and would not start up again. I could get it started by pumping the throttle in neutral, but would not stay running. What I noticed is I have no chime on my helm and the fuel pump does not prime (buzz) when I turn the key to auxiliary. In my trouble shooting, I found the relays are not showing power, nor is the 10 amp fuse (in the 3 fuse cluster shown) when using a meter and test light. I pulled the main ground and cleaned all wires attached to it, there were 6. Still no luck. Anything else I could check, is it a possible ECM issue. I do have power at the main 50 amp breaker. All wires seem to be ok. Side note, a clamp let go on the fuel cooler 2 weeks prior and some stuff did get wet, but nothing above it. Boat ran great for the 2 weeks prior to this. Single motor boat.
TIA

The Main Power Relay (MPR) item 13 is energized by power on the pink wire coming from the key switch. The key switch sends power on the purple wire to the pink. Look to see that you have 12V on the MPR on the Red wire with key OFF and ON. Then check you have 12V on pink wire when key is ON.

You should get 12V on the 10 amp fuse once MPR energizes. With on power to 10 amp fuse there will be no power available to the ECM or fuel pump or injectors. The square relays are regular run of the mill Auto relays and should be able to get at most any auto parts house.

I have tested both relays, and they are good, even replaced one, and swapped them. I appreciate your insight, I will check power at the pink wire.

I would also check to make sure the ground wire (BLK) at that relay is in good shape as well...If both check out, change the relay...if that is the case, replace the remaining relays, too (or at least have spares on the boat)...
