I have 2x 2016 F130 with around 300 hours each. Love these engines and I just did full maintenance (DIY).
I am having difficulty locating and replacing a specific anode: Yamaha OEM Part 63P-11325-01-00 (Cylinder Block / Crankcase / Head Anode, aluminum alloy).

Could someone just give me some tips regarding this one. I have checked diagrams, youtube channels but nothing specific.
 
Nothing specific is provided by Yamaha since their service manuals are written for a trained mechanic.

The anode in question (63P-11325-01-00) is located underneath what I will call the exhaust cover. You will have to figure out on your own how to gain access to that cover. A number of components will need to be removed to gain access.

I was wrong to think that this was located on the right hand side of the engine somewhere.
Apparently it is located on the left hand side, somewhere - I will try to find out.

AllDodge, thanks for this. there is some useful information there. Interesting to see the F225 case as well.
I guess the F130's have few videos available online and the one regarding Anodes are more the external anode replacement and not the internal ones. I have changed all of them except that specific one, which is breaking my mind a bit.
 
The exhaust cover is on the right side of the motor. Other side from the oil filter.

Look under the intake runners.
