    Honda BF9.9 rev limiting when put in gear

    This is a great forum and I learned a lot from it. I have an issue and need some expert advise. I have a Honda 9.9 kicker. It wasn't idling. I changed the oil, fuel filter, thermostat, and took out the carburetor and clean it. Afterwards, it idles pretty nice and I can rev the engine. Now...
