    Bypass the fuel connector at engine?'s

    1977 johnson 15hp. #15r77m. Any problems with bypassing the fuel connector . Mine is leaking. Tried different new and used hose end connectors. Still leaking at connector on engine side. Thinking of hooking hose directly to the engine/fuel pump. Need to know if this will give me any problems...

    1972 johnson 25hp # 25e72r. Jumping out of gear.

    Jumping out of gear. Sometimes slight grinding before jumping out. Any ideas? I have a spare parts lower unit. Clutch dog/ forward or reverse gear? Didn't know if it could be a linkage/shift adjustment. Before I take apart gear case. Thanks.

    1972 Johnson 25hp. Solenoid/starting problem

    Put on a new solenoid. Hook up positive battery cable. Touch negative cable to post and engine turns over. I believe I installed new solenoid correctly. It's a cheap China solenoid. Motor has a starter button and a stop button. I need help please.
