    quits at high speeds

    my 1984 9.9 mariner 2 stroke runs good at slow speeds but runs out of fuel at constant high speeds My carb has no check valves in it just diagphrams is this correct

    Sr# 682Cs250112 9.9 Hp Mariner 2 stroke I have replaced fuel pump daiphrams and tested for air leaks I ran fuel by gravity straight into filter but still same problem need help GOD is good
