    The motor is mounted in the only position it can go on this boat. There is no adjustment. It's a long shaft motor, and this definitely has to do with time on the water. Don't some props reharden after they sit if they're spun?

    Figured it out. No clue why, but the motor matches no known diagrams for the ignition system. I used a tech ical schematic for the trigger and was able to trace down the wires. Had two wires switched. Took the boat out yesterday and it did well, just need to dial it in.

    I put a new stator in and nothing. No spark to any cylinder. I am testing spark with the plug connected to the plug wire, then grounded on the threads with a big wire with alligator clips. Tested trigger, it is good. Have tried the CDI troubleshooting with no luck. Not sure what to do next. HELP!!

    Got a CDI brand stator on Sunday, should be here this week. Did y'all know that CDI's tech support is no longer free? They helped me before, was disappointed to see that.
