    Mariner. 3.3 Hp. Weak tell tale.

    Hi folks. I recently purchased a 3.3 Hp mariner 2 stroke. The water output from the tell tale is weak and intermittent. There's is water output (spitting) half way down the leg ok. ?? Ran it for the first time on lake this evening .

    Hi folks. Is the twin cylinder 2.5 HP johnson different performance wise to single cylinder 2.5 outboards?? Regarding fuel consumption, torque, top speed , reliability etc.

    Hi folks. I'm currently looking at getting a slightly bigger outboard for my sib.i currently have 2 HP 50 cc motor. The motors I'm looking at are all the same HP , but vary a lot in cc. Ranging from 68 cc to 85 cc. I presume the higher the cc the more power. ?

    Spark plug.

    Hi folks. I just replaced the spark plug in my little 2 HP Suzuki as it wasn't starting. It's starting first pull now. But the guy that replaced the plug put a BR6hs in temporarily as he didn't have a BR5hs in stock. I seem to have a bit less power since. ??

    Hi folks. I currently changing my inflatable round tail dingy for a solid transom type. What's the maximum weight I could lift , reasonably comfortably in and out of car and into the water. The one I'm looking at is 33 kg or 72 lbs. Any one got experience of this. ??

    So you don't think it's the motor being to high. ? This is the set up. Not my engine but similar size and shaft length.

    Hi folks. I recently purchased a little Suzuki 2 HP for my 2.8 meter sib. A great little engine ! When I accelerate i seem to loose traction and the motor revs momentarily until I reduce speed. Just wondering , the propeller is sitting 3 to 3.5 inches above bottom hull. it's not a fixed transom...
