    DF70 very hard to steer

    I had the same problem. I took the engine off, then removed the entire swivel bracket ,then removed the bottom fitting from the swivel. All with much gentle heating and effort! The top Bush was tight on the shaft because corrosion behind the Bush shrank the diameter, so I hacked the old Bush...
