    On the title is the "Identification Number" 0G880610 There is also a "Title Number" 201108268607 I think this number is not the serial number but a number for their records.

    The starter spins slower than normal and will not cause the bendix gear to thrust up and engage the flywheel to turn the motor over to start. I jumped the battery directly to the starter and it did the same thing. What can I do to fix this problem? If I need a new starter, where can I find it?
