BUT: the first steel collar on the prop shaft behind the seals is NOT turning with the shaft. Is that a bearing inner race, or just a stationary bushing...

    Got a test procedure for me for that Primestart? Is that the device on the top with an electrical pigtail? Or is that just a choke? It's so lifeless I expect to find a big booger in the jets, but it ran fine up to last oct when I pulled it out.

    The oil level is halfway on the crosshatch section so it will need a little more but unless there's a low oil switch that cuts fuel, that ain't it. Also: a little fuel shot in the intake makes it fire. Is there a solenoid on top of that carb not opening, or something like that, because all the...
