    Fuel quantity in the motor mounted filter cup on a 250 hp 2 cycle while running.

    Should the motor mounted fuel cup stay totally full of fuel while the motor is running. It gets filled prior to starting the motor by squeezing the primer ball. Then drops to around half full when running. Was having trouble keeping the motor running under power. Recently a new VST filter...
