    1988 DT 85 Oil Leaking from Underneath Powerhead

    Got black gunky leaking from somewhere underneath the powerhead where the steering arm goes in. Also clean, blue/green from the base gasket. Engine will sputter, stumble, die, when putting a load on it. Carbs meticulously cleaned twice, all fuel hoses replaced, new fuel filter, diaphragm good...

    Suzuki DT85 1988 transmission oil seal orientation

    checking to see if anyone is still active with this thread. I have 2 '88 DT85s, both running, both in need of certain parts that are more than difficult to shag down. Most everything seems to be discontinued. Any hot tips or heads up would be greatly appreciated.
