    forgot to vent tank

    Forgot to vent tank on my 89 merc 25hp outboard. now have to choke hard to start and it doesn't troll well. did I screw up diaphragm in carb?

    1988 mercury 25hp outboard,leaking a little fluid (lube?) around prop shaft

    Noticed a little leakage of oil or lube from prop shaft. I'm inexperienced boat owner and not sure if big deal or not.
