Dropped her in the water and after several years of good running she is acting up.....high idle finally got that tamed down now you can rev her up in neutral no issues but when you put her into gear she won't go above 1200.......thinking maybe a carb rebuild but why would she rev in nuetral...ome have suggested to scrap the 3 and modify to 1 carb.....big loss of hp and will miss the look of the 3......any opinions or solutions
