1984 Johnson 50hp

Hello my 1984 Johnson 50hp model J50BELCRM through a rod through the crankcase, I haven't been able to find a definitive answer on what other year model power heads would fit my mid and lower! Would anyone here happen to know? Any help would be greatly appreciated

Your location is ?------From 1980 to 88 will fit .-----40 / 48 / 50 / 60 HP-----The early 60 was power head rated.
