Shifts fine into forward, won’t shift fully into reverse but I can take the cowling off and press on the shift lever and it will engage reverse with no problem and won’t slip out. Adjust the shift cable to make it shift fully into reverse and then have the same issue with forward. Shift rod height on the lower unit side was inspected and within specs
