I am working on this motor and no spark at either plug. Coil is good. Need to determine if the charge coil or the coil pack is bad. I have multimeters and a DVA meter. I have no idea what the parameters are. Could someone help with this please. Thanks

I originally forgot to report these findings:
Ignition coil Orange-Black 0.2ohms
Charge Coil:
Black/Red-negative 0(ohms)
Blue/Red-negative 0(ohms)
Blue/Red-Black/Red 304ohms
