30 honda gas in engine oil

have 30 hp 4 stroke went to ccheck oil oil & gas run out of crank case how could gas
get in the oil help

I would start with the thermos

I would start with the thermostat running to cold? Possible fuel pump but i highly doubt it I have been working at a yamaha honda dealership for 8 years and only replaced one or to.
