Dog clutch installation on a 1993 Yamaha 25hp 2-stroke

Hello, I have a 1993 Yamaha 25hp 2-stroke. The fingers on either side of my dog clutch are not the same size. Should the larger fingers face the prop or face forward when installed on the prop shaft? Thanks.
