Engine Burning Oil

I have a 1994, 5.0 Fi Volvo Penta v8
Rehabbing the boat, other things came up, engine hasn't been run in over five years.
Was running fine before, now runs but burns oil. Lots of vibration at idle.

How do I proceed?
PCV seems rattles, seems ok.

Are my rings seized? Can I free them with some Sea Foam or something?
Or do I need to tear down and remove the pistons?
Or look at something else?

Check fuel pressure 31-39 psi
Check/replace plugs, cap, rotor, wires
Then might get your injectors cleaned and flow tested

Yup, forgot to mention, had injectors professionally cleaned.
I'll check pressure.

There are a lot of folks out there saying they do injectors, most don't have the high dollar machines needed to do it correctly.
