Evinrude 130hp pee hole

I have a1995 evinrude 130hp problem is my pee hole on motor is 1/4inch no stream only a flow of water is there something or fitting missing of this motor

Stick some weedeater line up the telltale it may just be clogged.Ever find what model it is?

yes it is 1995. regarding pee hole it is not that theres no water coming out it is to much water. fitting water comes out of is 1/4,seems to be a fitting missing
