Evinrude 80 HP Year?

The plate shows a model of 80793R and a Serial Number of E01028. I also was able to order an 1967 owners manual that has a V4A-19R/V4AL-19R. I think the "19" is the drive shaft length. From working on it over the years, I think the owners manual is close if not right on. Can anyone tell me what year this actually is? Thank you.

Well 19 is NOT the driveshaft length !----It is a 1967 EVINRUDE.-----The V4A-19 is the JOHNSON model.-----Same motors except for cosmetics.-----It is a 20" shaft; length.
