Fuel line connection

I have an older motor and when shifting from neutral to forward and back neutral all is good but when shifting into reverse my engine stalls. The cables seem to be ok but I did find a broken hose that may be to the fuel line. This pontoon boat has an enclosed fuel tank in the boat . I have no idea where to replace and reconnect to. I have manual but it is very difficult to see. Any suggestions ?
