"I just bought my first boat and when I put it in the water yesterday the outdrive would not go all the way down. After getting the boat home I found the hydraulic cylinders were not phsically attached to the outdrive. I see 2 clevis pin's about 6 " from the end of the cylinders, I am presuming this is where the cylinder should attach, Am I correct in what I am thinking on this?"
