Lehman 80hp water in sump

Hi All
Ive got fresh water dripping into the sump of my 80hp lehman.
Its just had the head done up with new head gasket but still leaking somewhere.
Hoping its not leaking through water jacket and through cylinder.
Any ideas?
Leaks only when pressurised.
Leaking amount goes up and down when motor is cranked slowly by hand.

Hi, Need more info. Why was head removed? Overheated? Is the oil pan off? How do you know water goes up and down? When pressurized can you turn it 4 or more times with out locking up?
