I have a mercury 1A15211LK that has fallen in the water. It happened around a month ago and has started twice since then with the second time it bogging down and no longer starting. I have troubleshooted the motor and have realized that fuel is making it to the fuel rail but not through the injectors and to the spark plugs. Does anybody know what could be causing this issue?
