Mercury vessel view

I have a 2024 MLH mercury 25hp 4 stroke that I purchased and installed vessel view on. I cannot get the vessel view to show a light where the Bluetooth is on the device. So it will not connect to the mobile app. This motor is all manual and has no power hooked to it. I assumed once the motor was running the device should turn on and be able to connect to the mobile app. Any help is appreciated as I'm new to all of this.
 
What is your engine serial number?
Not sure how up to date these charts are offered online but from what I'm seeing VV might not be compatible with the 25_HP engine models.

For another opinion, you could also try sending Merc outboard an e-mail type message as they're usually pretty good at getting back to you in a few days.
