Need help identifying engine

Hi there im hoping someone can help I recently got hold hold of a boat with a mercury outboard on it which all the seller told me was it was a 80hp now I'm in the process of getting it up and running and replacing parts I can't seem to find any information regarding year/horsepower etc hopefully somebody can help

Any other numbers to share such as engine serial number, how many cylinders, pictures of it all, color of decals, etc.?
Need a bit more info from you to get started on our end.

i keep attaching the files but it wont load pictures of the engine. its a brown band 4 cylinder twin carb the id tag gives me the number 9412304 made in belguim. is there something im doing wrong with trying to add the pictures? im new to this forum so if anyone could help that would be great i attach the files and they load but then dont appear on the post
