Top right carburetor runs dry.

Hi,

Excuse my lack of experience, I have a newly acquired 1989 Johnson 120 hp v4 and the top right carb runs dry, and stalls. Is this a sign that the float is stuck closed?

If it was running like that for a long time , you need to do a compression test.----Post the actual values here.-----No oil was going into that ( #1 ) cylinder.
