Hi all, I'm redoing my transom due to water getting in. I removed my Merc I/O engine so far and working on I'm currently removing the transom mount etc. I watched a few videos on transom repair but my transom is a little different, my transom is inset from the outside photo enclosed. Question is are there two separate transoms. How would you guys tackle this. I'm a little confused.
